CENSW is seeking a Property Officer (Asset Planning & Maintenance) to support the development of its 10-Year Asset Maintenance Plan across the property portfolio.
This project-based role will analyse inspection data, identify maintenance and renewal requirements, estimate future costs, and help coordinate with housing co-operatives, contractors and the Property Team.You'll contribute to long-term forecasts and maintenance budgets, support asset management processes, and ensure planning aligns
