You'll be responsible for helping maintain the presentation, safety and day-to-day operation of the village while acting as a trusted point of contact for residents.Maintaining the presentation of the village, grounds and shared facilitiesCompleting routine site inspections and identifying maintenance or safety concernsAssisting with minor maintenance and repair tasksProviding friendly support to residents and responding to enquiriesHelping ensure the village remains safe, secure and welcomingLiaising with contractors and reporting maintenance requirementsSupporting the Village Manager with the smooth day-to-day operation of the community and assisting with after-hours calls during periods of leaveWhat's in it for you?

We're looking for someone who is approachable, practical and takes pride in their work.You'll ideally have:Experience in caretaking, facilities, grounds maintenance, maintenance or a similar hands-on roleBasic maintenance and repair skillsA proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilityStrong communication and customer service skillsThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesA commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environmentA current driver's licence (preferred)Experience managing operations and security during weekends and after-hours, including responding to calls and escalating issuesMost importantly, you'll enjoy helping people and take pride in creating communities where residents feel safe, respected and supported.Ready to join Eureka?
