Our business has operations in Bairnsdale, Lindenow and the Stratford areas.Riviera Farms is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Irrigation & Farm Maintenance Operatorto become an integral part of our farming team.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work while helping maintain the efficient operation of a modern vegetable farm.Main duties of this position:Installation,



operation and maintenance of irrigation systemsMonitoring irrigation performance and identifying issuesTractor operation for various farming tasksGeneral farm maintenanceMachinery and equipment maintenanceRepairs to farm infrastructureGeneral farm work as requiredMaintain accurate records of works carried out via cloud based softwareEnsure OH&S; compliance in machinery operation and storageRequirements for this position:Be self-motivated and able to work independentlyShow strong initiative and problem-solving skillsHave excellent organisational skills and attention to detailTake pride in maintaining high standards of workmanshipBe physically fit and willing to work in varying weather conditionsHave experience with tractors and farm machinery (preferred)Possess a current driver's licenceThis position is full-time employment.Riviera Farms offers a protected working environment with excellent workplace conditions, opportunities for training, development, and progression within the business.
