Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations.Your new roleThis is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working across revenue reconciliation, accounts receivable, banking, and general ledger activities within a fast-paced environment.
Hospitality experience will be highly regarded.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily revenue reconciliations and income auditingInvestigating and resolving revenue discrepanciesPerforming daily bank reconciliationsAccounts receivable processing, allocations,



and collectionsCredit card and account reconciliationsManaging customer payment queries and debt collection follow-upAssisting with month-end reporting and journal preparationSupporting end-of-month and end-of-year processesGeneral ledger reconciliationsProviding support across the wider finance team as requiredWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant, Finance Officer, or similarStrong reconciliation and accounts receivable experienceExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong problem-solving and communication abilitiesIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsAbility to work autonomously and meet deadlinesHospitality, accommodation, or hotel industry experience highly regardedRelevant Accounting, Finance, or Commerce qualification preferredWhat you'll get in returnImmediate start available6-month maternity leave contractSupportive and collaborative team environmentConvenient Perth CBD locationOpportunity to gain experience within a reputable hospitality business
