Our reputation has been built on strong partnerships, knowledgeable people and a genuine commitment to our customers.As part of our National Parts team, you'll enjoy a team-oriented environment where your technical knowledge is valued, your ideas are welcomed, and your career can continue to grow.The OpportunityThis is a technical Parts Interpretation role where your product knowledge and problem-solving skills will be relied upon every day.You'll work closely with dealers, suppliers and internal departments to accurately identify components, provide technical advice, source parts and ensure customers receive the right solution as quickly as possible.If you enjoy investigating parts breakdowns, interpreting catalogues and solving complex enquiries, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and identify spare parts using electronic parts catalogues, technical manuals and manufacturer resourcesProvide accurate quotations,



pricing, lead times and availabilityAssist dealers with technical parts enquiries across multiple agricultural machinery brandsLiaise with overseas manufacturers and suppliers regarding parts identification and technical clarificationSupport procurement activities and inventory planningProcess warranty parts and returnsMaintain accurate information within our ERP systemWork closely with Service, Sales and Logistics teams to deliver outstanding technical supportContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Parts DivisionAbout YouYou'll ideally have:Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or Spare Parts SpecialistExperience within agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, automotive, truck or construction equipment industriesStrong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical parts informationExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentConfidence using ERP systems and electronic parts cataloguesA proactive attitude with a willingness to continually learnExperience with agricultural machinery is highly regarded but not essential for someone with a strong technical parts background.What's on Offer$80,000 – $85,000 + super salary package (based on experience)Bonus programJoin a respected and growing national businessWork with globally recognised agricultural machinery brandsOngoing product and technical trainingSupportive and experienced team environmentGenuine opportunities for career developmentSecure, full-time position based in DerrimutReady to Join Us?
