About the Role
This full‐time Retail Manager works under the guidance of the Store Manager in the Central West region.
The role requires a highly organised and capable individual eager to learn and quick to adapt to new environments.
You will create and maintain a vibrant store culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service.
Attention to detail is essential, and the successful candidate will play a key role in the success of our business by ensuring sales, store and merchandise appearance, customer service and operational functions are first class every day.
Responsibilities
Lead and provide ongoing support, training and development for your team
Outstanding customer service standards
Profit and loss management, including budgets
Personnel cost management, including rostering
Stock control
Maintain store presentation, visual standards and promotional activities




What We Need From You
Previous supermarket Retail Manager experience
Diploma or at least 3 years of experience
Customer service focused
Ability to engage, mentor and lead a team of 100 staff
Understanding of supermarket best practice including P&L; management, inventory & merchandising
Excellent communication skills
