You'll lead by example on the tools, creating stunning arrangements, mentoring florists, managing workflow, and helping bring weddings, events, and everyday floral orders to life.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a team of florists and delivery staffOversee daily flower ordering, stock management, and supplier relationshipsCreate and supervise the production of premium floral arrangements and bouquetsManage daily workflow to ensure all orders are completed to a high standard and delivered on timeCoordinate wedding, event, sympathy,
