You'll take charge of an established territory with strong existing relationships, while also expanding and growing the customer base.Territory coverage includes:South West Victoria, including Apollo Bay, Ballarat, Castlemaine, Deer Park, Swan Hill, Geelong, Hoppers Crossing, Melton, Nhill,



and Yarraville.This role involves regional travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Living within the territory is highly desirable.What You'll Be DoingUse data and insights to drive sales performance across pharmacy and health food retail channelsManage your territory budget and maximise return on investmentGrow market share and identify new business opportunitiesExpand product distribution and enhance in-store visibilityExecute and ensure compliance of marketing and promotional activationsBuild strong, long-term relationships with retailersProvide product knowledge and category insights to support retailer success and profitabilityDeliver trade promotions aligned with state and national sales strategiesTake ownership of your targets and contribute to team successContinuously develop your skills and prepare for future career progression within M&PWhat; We're Looking For2+ years' experience in FMCG or OTC salesStrong commercial awareness and problem-solving skillsA results-driven mindset with a passion for salesAbility to work independently while contributing to a teamExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsRelevant sales training or accreditation (desirable)What You'll GetCompetitive salary packageCar allowance and expense allowanceStaff discountsBonus structureCareer development opportunities within a national sales teamYou'll report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and become part of a collaborative team of Territory Managers across Australia.
