As such, we contribute every day to a greener future, by minimizing the energy lost by industry in the power conversion process.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Junior Account Manager to support account owners to grow strategic relationships with data centre customers, driving revenue and margin growth across a portfolio of equipment and solutions from within the Delta Electronics portfolio (fundamental basis of portfolio is power and cooling).
The role will involve supporting the development of account plans, opportunity shaping, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional orchestration to deliver end-to-end solutions, from early-stage design engagement, tender bid submissions through managing the customer to project execution.Critical is working with the Engineering and Bidding teams who will provide technical and costings support.
You, together with your account owner manager, will be responsible for the quality and accuracy of tender proposal submittal within the customer specified timeframe.
This role includes working with local, and remote teams to design and cost to meet customer specific requirements.
This may involve interaction with cross region teams where necessary.Once projects are won you will be working as part of a complete team in the handover to the project/service team and support commercial management as the project is rolled out.
In addition, you will need to continue serving the client as part of key account management and development.Main ResponsibilitiesKey AccountSupport the account for designated global data center accounts, maintaining relationships across customer procurement, engineering, development and operations teams.Help to develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned to customer expansion roadmaps, standardization initiatives, and procurement strategies.Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and conversion through structured opportunity management (qualification, win plans, stakeholder mapping, and close plans).
Identify and pursue new opportunities across greenfield builds, expansions, retrofits,



and service lifecycle programs.Proactively follow up with customers to ensure all customer requirements have been met and communicate achievable delivery dates to customer.Solutions SellingEngage in customer design phases to influence technical specifications and vendor preference leading to success in project execution and delivery.Technically capable enough to explain concept designs and guide customers through the basic configuration process.Work with the account owner and bidding teams to manage pricing, contract terms, and bid approvals within the Delta Solutions Process.Support commercial negotiations for framework agreements, MSAs, SLAs, etc.Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies, and ethical standards.Support the completion of tender documents within allocated timeframe with supporting teams.Follow up with customers to ensure all customer requirements have been met and communicate achievable delivery dates to customer.Explaining to customer the configuration options required and specified and whyEffectively use MS CRM to manage the pipeline and provide weekly and ad-hoc reporting on pipeline, sales statistics and any other info required.Proactively assume responsibility for learning of new products and maintain strong technical knowledge of product features and applications to support communication to customers.
This will include searching out resources within Delta to support you in the training.together with the account owner, while effectively managing the allocated existing client portfolio ensuring Customer satisfaction is not compromised.Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market shifts.Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on partner and customer insights.Cross Functional ExecutionCoordinate collaboration with various stakeholders across country level decision makers, local sales team, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations and service, finance, and legal.Align capacity, logistics, and lead times to ensure on-time project delivery.Support regular business and tender reviews with country managers, sales, engineering,



bid team and other supporting departments.Customer Success & Lifecycle ValueEnsure seamless customer experience from pre-sales through execution and lifecycle service together with operations and service team.Support business reviews internally and with the customer; capture the voice of the customer and champion within Delta into product and operational improvements.EducationRequiredUniversity Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or similar technical relatedProject Management training and experience (Desired)MBA or similar business post graduate education (Desired)Job Experience2+ years' work experience in technology related businessDesired: Sales/customer interface experienceDesired: 2+years of experience in Data Centre technology associated with large power requirements, cooling, building infrastructure and information technology (desired)Minimum 1+ years Tender response managementTechnical/ Professional skillsExposure to Data Centers or IT environmentsStrong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.Some background in bids, tenders, and commercial negotiationsAbility to translate technical complexity into business value.Basic understanding of the electrical and cooling ecosystem and market within the data centre segment.Ability and desire to learn technical overview of Data Center infrastructureThis role requires a person with robust interpersonal and relationship building skills, who is comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.Someone who wants to be engaged in the Data Center industryFirm and assertive when required yet open minded and flexible when neededExcellent communication skills; confident in building rapport with stakeholders quickly and effectively.
Quickly earns trust and confidence from key stakeholdersPossesses a positive and open attitude and leads by exampleComposed in demanding and challenging situations and environmentsPresentation skills or willingness to be in front of customers.Ideal for someone energized by people and motivated by shared success.Domestic and international travel required.
