We are actively working with façade engineers and builders like Built, Crema, Lendlease.About the Role - EstimatorWe are currently looking for an Estimator to join our friendly and exciting team in Dandenong South in a full-time capacity.
You will be provided with trainings of SEM systems and relevant industry regulations.The ideals candidate's duties will include, though will not be limited toMaintain existing business relationships with clientsExtract and interpret key data and information quickly and accurately from plans, specifications and documentationsInteract and communicate effectively as part of a team,



with internal and external.Provide clients with project estimates and quotationsCollect required information to quote on projectsProactively communicate with sub-contract and materials suppliers request for pricingCommunicate with offshore Quotation teamReview plans and window schedules for the purpose of estimating the projectAbout YouUnderstanding of building plans and reading drawings, is preferred but not essential.Excellent organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersCan speak and read mandarinYou must have the legal unlimited right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.Job summaryWe are currently looking for a Junior or Senior Estimator to join our friendly and exciting team in Dandenong South in a full time capacity.
