Role Responsibilities
Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
Monitor daily stock recovery in the department
Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
Build the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Lead by example in all areas
High volume stock management
Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards




Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
The Ideal Candidate
Robust retail leadership experience preferred
Visual merchandising experience
Physically capable to work with large volumes of stock and set the pace
Having an owner's mindset for the department
A passionate attitude that inspires the team
A resilient and innovative problem solver
Strong verbal and written communication skills
IT competency
First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
