The role sits at the heart of Gippsland Farm Milk Collection operations, with a 4-on, 4-off roster, 6am–6pm, reporting to the Operations Manager.You will build robust relationships with drivers, farmers and customers, handle incidents, and champion safety through clear communication, coaching and leadership.
