patient-centred service delivery.Responsibilities may include:Preparing executive level presentations,reportsanddocuments.Coordination of feedback and responses.Extensive Diary ManagementPreparing agendas and minutes.Drafting communications, completion of projects andmaintainingdata asrequiredProviding efficient and effective administrative support and office management.Participating in Zone Warden rosterCollaborating with the Casey Site Administration teamCollaborating with the Casey Contract CoordinatorAbout YouYou are an experienced PA who demonstrates a flexible, can-do attitude and strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
Your proactive approach and ability to 'think on your feet' when responding to changing demands will serve you well in a dynamic environment.You will also demonstrate:Previousexperience working as an Executive,Personalor administrative assistant at a senior management levelExtensive administrative experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable but similar experience in other industries will be considered.Advanced knowledge in computer software applications (M365 including SharePoint,Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent customer service skills and a high standard of both written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to use initiative and perform tasks independently and be able to work effectively and harmoniously as part of a team.Good organisational skills and be comfortable prioritising and meeting multiple demands.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood working knowledge of hospital administrative processes and hospital systems (UKG,Oracle,
