The world of POS and Payments is an exciting industry to be in.About the RoleManage and grow an existing portfolio of QLD merchant accounts, acting as their primary point of contactIdentify and develop new business opportunities across QLD's F&B; and Retail sectorsConduct onsite sales visits, demos,



and consultations with prospective merchantsInstall and configure POS hardware and software for new customers onsiteOnboard new merchants and ensure a smooth go-live experienceProactively maintain customer relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunitiesHandle customer queries and troubleshoot system issues in a timely mannerProvide feedback to the product and support teams based on merchant needsProven sales or account management experience (POS, payments, or SaaS industry highly regarded)Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systemsComfortable with hands-on technical work (hardware setup/installation)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage own schedule/territoryFluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and EnglishYou need to have an Australian driver's licence and your own vehicleWhat's in it for youCompetitive base + commission structureTravel allowance for personal vehicle useFlexible work environment with enthusiastic team membersFuture development opportunities with a growing companyGraduates with strong sales aptitude welcome to applyWork Location:Queensland (field-based, covering local merchants)You must have full working rights in Australia.
