Experience is preferred but not essential.
Tasks will include conducting building automation breakdown calls, preventative maintenance & small project commissioning as well as working in with our digital service center to maximize the investments of our customers.Commissioning Techs will work across several modalities in a team and solo capacity toReview design specifications, drawings, schedulesPrepare/Review BMS scope review documentsInterpret BMS engineering and commissioningEngage Subcontractors and vendorsMaterial procurementOngoing Project ReportingDeliver the relevant system,



network and server upgradesDetail commissioning activities and reportsIn order to be considered for this opportunity, the successful candidate will possess the following:Experience with HVAC fundamentals and systems (Siemens systems desirable)Knowledge and experience Building Automation systems (Siemens systems desirable)Proficiency with computers, networks and 3rd party software ( i.e. Microsoft )Experience with Building Automation / PLC / Process software programmingExcellent written and verbal communications skillsThe ability to demonstrate robust customer engagement and relationship skillsThe successful candidate will also have a desire to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction with a knowledge and drive to improve business operating efficiencies whilst attaining operational and customer related goals.
