Quantumcorp is a dynamic organisation specialising in professional investigation services.
We have contracts with Australia's largest insurers, and we provide services to self-insurers, lawyers, and corporate clients throughout Australia.We are currently recruiting a full-time permanent Case Manager to join our dedicated General Insurance team.We are specifically looking for an insurance professional with a background in fraud and investigations.This a excellent opportunity to work as part of a highly supportive team in a dynamic working environment with a friendly and nurturing culture, where support, validation, and professional and personal growth are key components to our every day.ABOUT THE ROLEYour core responsibilities will involve overseeing a portfolio of general insurance claims that have been referred for investigation.Your primary objective will be to ensure that Quantumcorp continues to provide our clients with the right information in the right timeframe, to enable our clients to make fast and sustainable claims decisions.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Reviewing client instructions, preparing instructions for investigators, coordinating investigations, and actively monitoring our case management systemLiaising closely with and providing technical advice and guidance to our extensive network of investigators across Australia to assist the progress and successful completion of cases and to ensure the information gathered is relevant, meets the objectives of each individual case and aligns with the required legislation and the General Insurance Code of Practice.Liaising closely with our insurance and legal clientsOverseeing all aspects of quality control including guidelines, client KPI's & SLA's, legislation,
case instructions and objectives and final reporting.Report writing from time to timeWHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE IN RETURN?
Attractive salary package including superannuation and bonus schemeHybrid work model (NSW & QLD), or full work from home model (VIC)ABOUT YOUYou will have a minimum 3 years experience managing general insurance claims investigations for insurers.You will be familiar with the relevant legislation and frameworkYou will be aware of the reasons why insurers engage investigators, and have a strong understanding of what information insurers are seeking from investigators and the critical components of the investigation processYou will be driven, motivated and able to progress investigations within designated timeframes and with minimal oversight.You will have well-developed written communication skills and proficiency in report writing and critical analysis.You will be a strong communicator with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.You will be highly professional, confident and come with a positive can/do attitudeYou will have strong computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office systemsYou will enjoy a fast-paced environment and have an ability to multi task and perform at a high level under pressureYou will have a high level of attention to detail and an ability to plan, organise and manage investigations so as to ensure our business meets and exceeds client requirements and objectives.You will have calm, measured approach to your work, be a positive listener and have an ability to work well in a very friendly and supportive workplace.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSThe key requirements for this role include:Demonstrated experience managing motor or property claims investigationsDemonstrated knowledge of the General Insurance Code of Practice and the Insurance Contracts ActDemonstrated understanding of the insurance investigations industry
