Working closely with our Operations Manager and leadership team, you'll be the financial backbone of the business.This role suits a self-starter with a founder's mindset, someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and thrives in an evolving setting.What You'll Be DoingFinanceManage the company's booksOversee accounts payableExecute payments and bank verificationsLead budgeting and FP&AClient; account reconciliationsPrepare financial reportsManage Payroll, GST Reporting & BAS LodgementsCollectionsOwn the collections processWork directly with clients to resolve issuesCoordinate with credit/legalTrack and report on KPIs and portfolio performanceImprove policies,



processes, and escalation frameworksEnsure compliance with regulatory and responsible lending requirementsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in finance, accounting, or collections, ideally in fintech, lending, or financial servicesStrong accounting fundamentals including reconciliations, cash flow, and reportingExperience managing a loan book, collections portfolio, or credit functionConfident in engaging with clients with professionalism and empathyProficiency in tools like Xero, QB, and LMS systemsFounder's mindset: proactive, accountable, and willing to roll up your sleevesQualificationsWe care less about formal qualifications and more about what you can do and the experience you bring.
