About the Role
Rydges Esplanade Cairns is looking for an energetic and organised F&B; Supervisor to join the team on a casual basis, available to start asap.
As F&B; Supervisor, you'll oversee daily food and beverage service across breakfast, lunch and dinner, lead and motivate a team, ensure high standards of food quality and presentation, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests — whether they're here for a conference, a wedding, or a Great Barrier Reef getaway.
What You Bring
Experience as an F&B; Supervisor or similar in hotels, bars, or restaurants, ideally across multiple meal periods and event/function service.
Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a team, building strong culture and a outstanding guest experience.
Solid food and beverage knowledge, including wine and cocktails (training provided).
Warm,

Skilled at anticipating and managing guest needs, including for conferences and events.
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and pride in presentation.
