Backed by private equity and continuing to experience significant national growth, the business is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to take ownership of itsPeople & Culture function.This is an standalone, hands‐on HR Generalist role suited to someone who enjoys being the go-to person for all things people.
Working closely with the CFO, you'll play a key role in ensuring employees have a positive experience from onboarding through to training, compliance and employee relations.If you're someone who enjoys variety, building strong relationships and making a genuine impact across an organisation, this could be the perfect chance.About the RoleAs the HR Advisoryou will take ownership of the day-to-day People & Culture function, ensuring HR processes run smoothly while maintaining a positive and compliant workplace.
Duties include, but are not limited to:Manage end-to-end onboarding, employment contracts, inductions and employee complianceCoordinate some recruitment activities across the business (approximately 10%of the role)Manage employee relations matters and provide advice to managers on day-to-day HR issuesEnsure ongoing compliance with Fair Work legislation, employment standards and company policiesCoordinate employee training,



development and compliance programsSupport employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace cultureManage visa documentation and employee work rightsMaintain accurate HR records and personnel filesWork closely with leaders across the business to provide practical HR support and guidanceAbout YouMinimum 5 years' experience within a similar Human Resources roleExperience supporting a workforce of 100+ employeesKnowledge of Fair Work legislation and Australian employment practicesExperience managing employee relations matters including performance management, workplace investigations, grievances or disciplinary processesDemonstrated experience managing onboarding, HR administration and complianceConfident working autonomously and taking ownership of the HR functionExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhy Join?
