You'll be the go‐to technical expert for plumbers, merchants and internal teams, helping solve real‐world installation challenges while building strong industry advocacy for our iconic brands – Caroma, Methven and Clark.What you'll be doingProviding hands‐on technical support and troubleshooting for plumbers across VictoriaBuilding strong relationships with plumbing contractors, maintenance plumbers, merchants and industry stakeholdersDelivering engaging technical training and product demonstrations to plumbers and internal sales teamsActing as the voice of the plumber,



providing valuable market insights back into the businessSupporting the resolution of product quality and installation issuesGrowing a portfolio of key maintenance plumbers and helping drive demand for our productsPartnering closely with the sales team on customer visits and commercial opportunitiesKeeping abreast of changing industry standards, regulations and best practice to ensure we remain ahead of the curveAbout youWe're looking for someone who is respected within the plumbing industry and enjoys building genuine relationships.A plumbing trade qualification and hands‐on experience "on the tools"Strong technical plumbing knowledge, including current building and plumbing standardsEstablished industry networks and credibility within the Victorian marketExcellent communication and presentation skillsA practical, solutions‐focused approach to problem solvingThe confidence to engage with everyone from apprentices and plumbers through to merchants and business leadersA genuine passion for helping customers and sharing your expertiseWhy join GWA?
