Responsibilities
Grow the consumer lending book by identifying and meeting customers’ needs and maximizing customer retention.
Determine customers’ goals and aspirations through quality conversations and deepening customer relationships at every interaction.
Unlock new home lending needs by identifying opportunities within existing portfolios, working with aligned Bankers to generate recent referrals, local business generation activities,



and targeted marketing strategies and activities.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service is achieved by accurate and timely processing of all lending applications.

Qualifications
A high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Experience and enjoyment of all aspects of financial analysis.
Demonstrated lending experience.
Passion for relationship management and a proactive approach to improving the customer experience.
Knowledge of NAB Systems – ELP, OBP, Siebel & EBL.
