We are delivering some of Australia's most engaging healthcare and infrastructure projects and are seeking a commercially minded Senior Project Controls & Cost Accountant to help build the next chapter of our business.

This is not a traditional accounting role.

You will sit at the centre of major projects, partnering directly with senior leadership to provide real-time commercial intelligence, cost controls, forecasting and decision support across a growing national portfolio.

The Prospect

You will be responsible for:
Managing project budgets, cost forecasting and cashflow forecasting
Tracking committed, actual and forecast expenditure
Developing project dashboards and executive reporting
Monitoring project profitability and margin performance




Supporting commercial negotiations and business cases
Managing monthly project forecasting reviews
Working closely with Operations, Finance and Project Delivery teams
Identifying commercial risks before they become problems

What We're Looking For
Experience in project accounting, project controls or commercial management
Experience within construction, infrastructure or major projects
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
Strong business partnering skills
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving setting
