This role will see you leading the safe and efficient delivery of site operations while working closely with clients, operational teams, and internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for overseeing day‐to‐day site activities, managing personnel, equipment, and resources, and ensuring operational, financial, and safety objectives are achieved.
We are looking for a strong leader with a proven background in heavy industry, industrial services,



or contract service delivery who can drive operational excellence, build strong client relationships, and lead high‐performing teams in a dynamic environment.Role Accountabilities IncludeLead and manage site operations to ensure secure, efficient, and productive service deliveryProvide leadership, coaching, and development to supervisors and site personnelBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersDrive operational excellence and identify opportunities to improve productivity and performanceManage labour, equipment, subcontractors, and site resources to meet operational requirementsOversee equipment utilisation, maintenance planning, and compliance requirementsMonitor site financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, revenue, costs, and marginsReview estimates, variations, and commercial documentation in line with company proceduresIdentify operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategiesEnsure all work is delivered in accordance with HSE, quality, contractual, and company requirementsMaintain effective communication between site operations, clients,
