What you'll doAs a key leader within our Infrastructure Command, you will:Develop and deliver robust short and long range maintenance project plansLead multiple minor and complex infrastructure projects across QCS's state wide footprintPartner with QBuild, Finance, Strategic Sourcing and operational teams to drive project outcomesProduce high quality reporting, business cases, feasibility studies and investment analysisBuild capability, uplift project culture and mentor a high performing teamEngage with senior stakeholders, local communities and government partnersEnsure compliance with government frameworks, WHS, and QCS operational standardsThis is a role where your leadership directly supports frontline operations and community safety.What you bring:We're looking for someone who can balance strategy with delivery , someone who can see the big picture while managing the detail.You'll stand out if you have:Significant experience managing multiple Capex projects in complex organisationsStrong capability in planning, scheduling,



estimating and risk managementExperience in infrastructure or construction, ideally in high security environmentsProven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholdersStrong analytical skills , forecasting, cost benefit analysis, trend identificationConfidence preparing and presenting high level reports and recommendationsFlexibility to travel across Queensland as requiredWhy join QCS?
