Are you a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Business Analyst with a passion for transforming complex business challenges into elegant technical solutions?
The Technical Business Analyst role is a business facing role that works with stakeholders to understand their processes, document needs and requirements into agreed artefacts, then works with project and stakeholder teams to design, implement and test agreed technical and process changes.About the roleDiscovering, eliciting, refining and modelling business requirements for agreed projectsDocumenting processes, requirements and changes to agreed standard and formatCurrent state and future state process mappingIdentifying delivery and operational risksImpact assessment and input to process and system solution designOrganising and coordinating business analysis effortsAssessing the performance and value of solutions in use.Ability to effectively support critical delivery, collaborate with individual workstreams (design, testing,).
About YouPrevious experience as a Technical Business Analyst/Business Analyst within the Banking or Financial Services space is a must.Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Highly skilled in eliciting, documenting,
