AYAN InfoTech is looking for an Agile Scrum Master to join an exciting project based in Sydney.
The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well-structured and mature setting, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role: Agile Scrum Master
Location: Sydney
Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery, from inception through to delivery of medium to large sized initiatives and/or key pieces of work within large complex projects and initiatives.
Work collaboratively with key business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for the customer.
You will operate across multiple teams to ensure delivery is aligned.




Develop relationships with stakeholders and influence when required to ensure project delivery.
Identify and manage the risks, issues and dependencies throughout the delivery framework.
Apply sound management principles and work within the organizational Delivery Frameworks.
Familiarity with software development.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
