Your Role
We are recruiting an exceptional Lawyer or Associate to join our Brisbane Dispute Resolution team, working closely with partners Melinda Smith and Michael Vickery.




This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator with expertise in financial services, regulatory litigation or insolvency and reconstruction, or for those looking to build a specialisation in this dynamic and growing practice area.
You will provide strategic advice to a prestigious client base including regulators, major financial institutions, large corporates and leading insolvency practitioners.
Your work will span financial services litigation, regulatory investigations and enforcement and insolvency matters, offering genuine exposure to sophisticated matters and the opportunity to develop deep expertise and market presence.
More About You
at least 1-2 years post-admission experience, preferably in commercial litigation, with expertise or genuine interest in insolvency and restructuring (both advisory and contentious)
demonstrate initiative, commercial acumen and an unwavering commitment to excellence
robust interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and industry professionals
excel in collaborative team environments and contribute positively to team culture
