Role SummaryAs Manager – Compliance Frameworks and Policies, you will strengthen and embed BOQ's Compliance Risk Management Framework (CRMF) across the Group.
You will support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of frameworks, policies, processes and initiatives that enable effective identification, assessment and management of compliance and regulatory risks.
This role is central to ensuring the bank meets its regulatory obligations while fostering a strong culture of compliance and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and continuously enhance compliance frameworks, policies, processes and initiatives.Lead initiatives to enhance key CRMF capabilities, including obligations management, regulatory change, compliance training and compliance control libraries.Develop practical, scalable compliance solutions and drive the consistent application of policies, procedures, controls, monitoring and reporting across the organisation in line with the three-lines‐of‐defence model.Oversee and embed critical compliance policies and standards relating to Conflicts of Interest, Anti‐Bribery and Corruption, and Market Misconduct.Maintain compliance registers, coordinate attestation and control testing activities, and work with stakeholders to integrate compliance risk considerations into business processes, systems and decisions.Support regulatory change management activities, including horizon scanning, impact assessments and translation of regulatory requirements into actionable business outcomes.Partner with Line 1 Risk and Compliance, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Operational Risk and business leaders to build compliance capability,
