Head of Paid Media
to join a large agency-based Sydney CBD, carving the way and service in B2C, B2B and eCommerce performance delivery.

We are now in need of an experienced lead to Head up our Paid Media offering, defining agency best practice, process, pitching and leading from the front!
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You'll be working closely with the GM owning, strategising and delivering growth within the Paid Media Team, forming process and best practice and guiding your team (15) to deliver the best in class campaigns within the B2C, eCommerce and B2B industries for our clients.




You will be responsible for joining the GM on new pitches & tender's, leading weekly client meetings and cross selling into our existing client base where possible.
You'll also have the responsibility of growing our Paid Media team of 15 out of the coming months and years to come.

RESPONSIBILITIES
10 years experience with managing paid media campaigns or paid media product offering
Use of Google Ads, SA360, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Previous experience in line management with teams over 10
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years Paid Media experience, with extensive large team management experience
Located in the CBD, with hybrid working 3/2 split
Compensation
Salary up to $180,000+ super.
