The Maintenance Officer will keep the property in top condition.
Purpose
As a Maintenance Officer, you will address all maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks to keep rooms, amenities, and communal spaces well‐maintained.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure all rooms, amenities, and communal spaces are well‐maintained and in excellent condition.
Collaborate with a diverse team, working cooperatively and independently.
Identify and solve challenges with creative solutions.
Complete work safely, presentably, and in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience
Physical stamina and a get‐up‐and‐go attitude; committed to completing tasks safely.
Prior experience in property maintenance and knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
Strong communication skills at all levels,



from the General Manager to guests and contractors.
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
