Are you passionate about driving business readiness for large‐scale ERP transformations?
We're seeking an experienced Business Readiness / Change Lead (SAP Source to Pay) to play a key role in a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
Working within a high‐profile enterprise setting, you'll partner with business stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new Source‐to‐Pay (S2P) processes, systems and ways of working.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a complex digital transformation that will reshape procurement operations and deliver lasting business value.
What you'll be doing:
Lead business readiness activities across the Source‐to‐Pay (S2P) value stream.
Engage with stakeholders to assess change impacts, gather requirements and drive business adoption.
Support process alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practice.
Coordinate business participation in UAT, testing, data readiness and go‐live activities.
Partner with change, training and project teams to ensure a smooth transition into production.
Monitor readiness, identify risks, and drive actions to ensure successful implementation.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in Business Readiness,



ERP Delivery, Change Management or Digital Transformation.
Experience working on SAP S/4HANA or large ERP implementation programs.
Strong understanding of Source‐to‐Pay (S2P), Procure‐to‐Pay (P2P) or Procurement business processes.
Demonstrated experience coordinating UAT, business testing, data quality and go‐live readiness.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
Experience within the public sector or large enterprise organisations will be highly regarded.
