optimising revenue growth and maximising profitability.Effectively control station costs according to set budgets.Ensure compliance with company damage policies to reduce risk and cost.Actively market and promote Europcar services within the specified station region.Exceed and surpass customer service expectations.Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on agreed financial, operational station and fleet performance measures.QualificationsExperience in a supervisory, team leader, or management position.Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience.Experience with reporting and rostering in accordance with budgets.Experience working with KPIs.Transparent and confident communication skills.Ability to work a 7‐day rotating shift roster.Full driver's licence.Full Australian work rights.
