Team members collaborate closely with clients to deliver clear, informed guidance and long‐term financial confidence.Role DescriptionThis is a full‐time Corporate Services Manager role based in Sydney, NSW, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines in‐office and work‐from‐home flexibility.
The Corporate Services Manager will oversee day‐to‐day corporate operations, including office administration, vendor and facilities management, and coordinating internal support services.
The role will manage corporate policies and procedures, support budgeting and cost control, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
The position will also involve leading and mentoring support staff, optimising processes and systems for efficiency, and partnering with senior leadership on corporate projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Regular collaboration with financial planners, operations,
and external partners is expected to maintain high service standards for clients and team members.QualificationsProven experience in corporate services, office management, or business operations, ideally within financial services, professional services, or a related sector.Strong organisational, planning, and time management abilities, with a track record of improving processes and managing multiple priorities.Sound understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management principles relevant to professional services environments.Proficiency with office productivity tools and business systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, basic financial or CRM systems).
Well‐developed people leadership and stakeholder management skills, including experience coordinating or supervising small teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, procedures, and internal communications.High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to ethical, client focused service, consistent with values‐based financial planning.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, maintaining productivity and collaboration both in the office and from home.Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Prior experience in an Australian financial planning, wealth management, or similar regulated setting is advantageous.
