Your responsibilities will include:Accurately process high-volume supplier invoices, including correct coding, approvals, and matching to purchase orders into the ERP systemInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by liaising with the business and suppliersEnsure payments are authorised and processed in line with supplier terms, internal controls, and delegations of authorityMaintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation, including contact information and payment termsRespond promptly and professionally to supplier enquiriesPerform supplier statement reconciliations and follow up outstanding itemsMonitoring a shared accounts payable inbox alongside the wider Payables teamSupport audit requests and compliance requirements, including GST-related documentationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process, system,



and procedural updatesReception relief for Head OfficeSupport the finance team with ad-hoc duties as requiredAbout youWe're looking for someone who is motivated, detail-focused, and eager to grow.
