We have relocated to our new large CBD office and are keen to expand our specialist Accounting & Finance team across 3 divisions: Commercial, Government and Public Practice.
Role Scope:
All our Consultants are 360s.
This allows you to work directly with both candidates and clients.
Roles are tailored to each teammate's strengths and goals, generally including these functions:
Identify, source, & engage candidates for a range of roles in a candidate-tight market
Conduct interviews, assess skills and experience, to truly understand candidate goals & drivers and match candidates to suitable roles




Provide guidance to candidates on career opportunities and market conditions
Confirm a Commitment of Service for suitable candidates prior to formal representations
Attend client meetings to ensure a good understanding of client requirements, initially alongside Senior teammates, then independently
Build and maintain effective talent pools in areas of high demand for our clients
Mushroom existing client relationships and generate recent market connections
Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview outcomes, and placements
