Blending elegant French heritage with sophisticated facilities, our iconic 5-star hotel withmore than 11 meeting and event spacesis the premier business conference venue in Sydney.As our events keep growing, so does our team and we are looking for Food and Beverage attendants to join us for some of our biggest events.Job DescriptionSet up, service and pack down function spaces to the hotel's exacting standards, ensuring rooms are guest-ready ahead of every eventDeliver attentive, productive and courteous food and beverage service to guests throughout conferences, banquets and eventsAssist with the smooth coordination of event runsheets, liaising with the kitchen and events team to ensure timely serviceMaintain cleanliness, presentation and stock levels across all function spaces and service areasRespond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experienceWork collaboratively with the wider banquets and events team to support a high-volume, fast-paced operationAdhere to hotel policies,
