You will supervise abrasive blasting and industrial painting crews, manage daily activities, and ensure surface prep and coating application meet client standards.This role requires a relevant trade certificate, a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, and experience in shutdowns or major hazard facilities; solid communication and safety focus are essential.
