As a Change Manager supporting the CMR Program, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of complex change initiatives across the Commodities and Global Markets and Model Risk Management remediation programme.
You will lead change activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring that impacts are clearly understood, stakeholders are engaged, and outcomes are successfully embedded.
Your work will help enable smooth adoption of change across a dynamic and technical environment.What you offer7–10 years' experience as a senior change manager within a fast-paced financial services setting, delivering complex, multi-stream programmesStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes and engage effectively across all levels of the organisationExcellent communication skills,
