The Prospect
We are looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Kedron urgent care practice.
As a key team member, you will manage a busy front‐desk reception, welcome patients, support health care professionals, and perform general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients and welcoming them into the Centre
Collecting & entering patient details into the database
Scheduling appointments when required
Answering telephone calls & enquiries
Providing administration support and other ad‐hoc duties
Ideal Candidate
Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage
Excellent communication skills, including a professional & personable telephone manner
Detail‐orientated
Ability to multi‐task and prioritise
Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage
Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently
Neat and professional presentation
Required to provide a Working with Children's check, National Police check if not already obtained, and International police check where relevant
Commitment to Child Safety
Comply with child safety policies and the Code of Conduct
Complete mandatory child safety training on commencement and annually
Maintain professional standards that support the safety and wellbeing of children and vulnerable people
