Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain robust relationships with clients, recommending products and services that strengthen the growth of their businesses.
Apply sales techniques with integrity and a customer‑centric approach.
Support inventory management, including stocktakes, safe dispatch, and handling of retail products.
Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes.
Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.

Show a proven track record in sales with strong retail skills; prior experience in agricultural products is not required but a willingness to learn across a wide range of products is essential.
Demonstrate robust customer‑service orientation and the ability to cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Hold a valid driver’s licence.
Possess a forklift licence (preferred and required for this role).
