At Estia Health, we deliver high quality person‑centred aged care across 96 homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria. We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic individual to support residents and help them live their best days.

Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, fun and wide-ranging activities for residents, ensuring each day is positive.
Provide personal care and emotional support to help residents feel safe and valued.
Assist with direct care tasks as required.
Explore residents’ personal interests and plan creative activities that motivate and bring joy.

Qualifications
Passion for enriching the lives of older Australians.
Collaborative team player with a warm and welcoming approach.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong desire to build genuine relationships and see residents enjoying themselves.

Employment Type
