Our client is an award-winning allied health provider with multiple modern clinics across Melbourne, delivering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, and other allied health services.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join their team on a contractor basis.
This chance allows you to build and manage your own caseload while working across clinic, community, home, and telehealth settings.About the RoleConduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventionsSupport clients across the lifespan with a variety of physical, cognitive, sensory, psychosocial, and developmental needsDeliver services in clinic, home, school, workplace, and community settingsDevelop and implement client-centred therapy plans focused on functional outcomes and independenceProvide education, coaching, and support to families, carers, support workers, and educatorsComplete functional capacity assessments, assistive technology assessments,
and reportsRecommend and prescribe equipment, environmental modifications, and adaptive strategiesSupport clients with self-care, home management, community participation, and vocational goalsCollaborate closely with other allied health professionals within a multidisciplinary teamMaintain accurate clinical documentation and reportingParticipate in professional development, mentoring, and multidisciplinary training opportunitiesStrong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating within a multidiscWhat's on Offer?
