General Practice Registered Nurse
TLC Healthcare is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate General Practice Nurse to join our growing general practice team in Whittlesea on a full-time basis.
Working closely with GPs, the Practice Manager, and a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and supporting improved health outcomes for our community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in a general practice setting
Conduct patient assessments, care planning, and follow-up
Support health promotion, chronic disease management, and preventive care
Assist with recalls, reminders, and care coordination
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Work collaboratively with GPs and allied health professionals
Contribute to quality improvement and accreditation activities
About You
Previous experience working in a Medical Practice
Strong understanding of infection control, clinical standards, and patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
High attention to detail and commitment to quality care
Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant nursing qualification
Current AHPRA registration
Nurse Immuniser qualification (or willingness to complete training)
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 3 doses)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes police check)
Aged care experience is highly regarded
