As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll own the receivables function end to end.
That means raising accurate stage-based invoices on schedule, chasing what's owed, and protecting the working capital that keeps our projects moving.
It's hands-on and it matters.
You'll see the direct link between your work and the financial health of the business.What you'll doIssue tax invoices against project milestones and progress claims, accurately and on scheduleMonitor the debtors ledger and run collections to bring debtor days downReceipt,



reconcile and allocate incoming payments to the right project and accountKeep customer and receivables records clean in XeroFlag at-risk or disputed accounts earlyPrepare aged receivables reports and cash collection forecasts for managementWork with project managers and engineers to confirm work is done before we bill for itHelp sharpen our credit control processes as we growWhat we're looking forSolid accounts receivable, collections or credit control experience, ideally in a project-based, construction or engineering settingComfortable picking up the phone, following clients through to payment, and speaking up when something doesn't look rightGood working knowledge of Xero and decent Excel skillsExperience with SAP or Tidy a bonusOrganised, sharp on detail, and good at juggling deadlines across multiple projectsCurious and investigative, with strong problem-solving instinctsBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
