You'll guide and mentor your team, ensuring exceptional care and education for every child.Key responsibilities include:Leading the delivery of innovative, fun and milestone aligned programsMentoring and supporting educators in their professional growthBuilding strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teamMaintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environmentObserving, documenting, and supporting children's developmentEnsuring the safety, health and wellbeing of all children is prioritised at all timesActively supervising children and maintaining awareness of risks in the environmentReporting any concerns or incidents in line with service policies and proceduresSkills & ExperienceA Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareProven experience leading a room and mentoring educatorsStrong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child developmentExceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skillsA positive attitude and love for creating memorable experiencesStrong understanding of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reportingAbility to identify and respond to risks to children's safetyCompleted the Foundations of Child Safety training (or willing to complete prior to commencement).
Successful applicants will be required to hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
