Desktop Support Officer
Be the face of IT in a people-focused support role.
We're looking for a customer-focused Desktop Support Officer to join our IT team.
In this hands-on role, you'll provide exceptional support to employees across the business, ensuring they have the technology and assistance they need to work effectively.
You'll be responsible for supporting end-user devices, mobile technology, Microsoft 365 applications, meeting room technology, and desktop-related issues while delivering an outstanding user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote desktop support to employees across the business
Manage the lifecycle of laptops, mobile phones and peripherals, including provisioning, deployment and asset management
Support Microsoft Intune device management and compliance
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and Teams issues
Maintain meeting room and video conferencing technology
Prepare and deploy equipment for new starters
Manage and resolve incidents through the IT service management platform
Assist in maintaining security and compliance standards for end-user devices
About You
1-2 years' experience in a Desktop Support, Service Desk or IT Support role
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams and Windows environments
Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Experience with Active Directory user administration




Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
