You'll oversee a high volume venue with sport, functions, late night trade, TAB, food, drinks, and a young, energetic team that values leaders who lead from the front.What the role looks like:Leading service from the floor and supporting the team during busy shiftsCoaching and motivating team members to deliver exceptional guest experiencesUpholding venue standards, compliance and daily operationsSupporting opening, closing and cash management proceduresManaging functions and large event tradeResolving guest concerns and service challenges with confidenceJumping in wherever needed,



from running food and drinks to changing kegsCurrent RSA certification is required for this positionWhat we're looking for:Hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced pub, bar or restaurantPrevious experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Duty Manager is highly regardedA confident leader who enjoys developing peopleStrong communication skills and a visible presence on the floorThe ability to stay calm under pressure and make good decisionsSomeone who takes pride in high standards and attention to detailAvailability across nights, weekends and public holidaysThis role suits someone who wants more than "just another hospo job".
