Job number: ****.What you'll doAs a Sessional Trainer in our team, you'll engage with a diverse cohort and deliver industry specific, job ready programs such as:Construction & Building – construction sector essentials and workplace safety.Horticulture – practical skills for entry‐level horticulture roles.Renewable Energy – solar and tech readiness.What you'll bringCurrent White Card.Recent building and construction industry experience within the last two years.Demonstrated practical skills and current knowledge of construction work health and safety practices.A collaborative approach with great people skills, organization and initiative.A positive, can‐do attitude with an ability to engage diverse clients with various backgrounds and levels of experience.Good tech skills and an ability to manage course materials, reporting and assessments independently.
Familiarity with Canva would be outstanding.Additional Requirements for our TrainersTraining is delivered at various locations across the state requiring some travel.




You'll need your own car to transport equipment.Trainers must be able to lift up to 20kgs as part of transporting and setting up equipment.
