We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Automotive Technician to join the team at Audi Richmond.
This role is responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional ownership experience for our customers.Working closely with the Workshop Controller and Service team, you will play a key role in maintaining vehicle performance, safety, and customer satisfaction while representing one of the world's leading premium automotive brands.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehiclesDiagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faultsCompleting repair orders accurately and efficientlyConducting vehicle inspections and identifying additional maintenance requirementsEnsuring all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership processesMaintaining a clean, protected, and organised work environmentCollaborating with Service Advisors and other technicians to deliver exceptional customer outcomesParticipating in ongoing manufacturer training and development programsAbout YouRelevant automotive trade qualificationPrevious experience as an Automotive TechnicianDiagnostic and fault-finding experience highly regardedStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamA positive attitude and strong work ethicCommitment to delivering excellent customer serviceCurrent driver's licence requiredWhy Join Audi Richmond?
