Lylex Contracting is seeking a Qualified Commercial Maintenance Carpenter / Handyperson for a six‐month fixed term in Melbourne.
You will perform refurbishment, fit-out, and ongoing maintenance across multiple sites, including repairs to facades and interiors, painting, plastering, waterproofing, and door replacements.Three days per week, start 7am, finish 3:30pm, with uniform supplied.
You will need 5+ years in maintenance carpentry, a Cert III, white card, and a valid Australian licence.
